Estun servo system application in CNC system

[attachment=44]

Servo system is a kind of electrical transmission system for the mechanical
movement. Its control objective is servo motor, and the core unit, servo drive. Servo
system functions are instructed with the automatic control theory and its mechanical
execution is through power transformation module of electric power and electronics
system. For the whole CNC system, servo system receives instructions of moving
distances and speeds sent by CNC. And then when these instructions have been
converted, adjusted and amplified, the motor and mechanical transferring structure
drive the CNC axis shaft and move working platform and knife rest. Through the
inter-actions of the knife rest and complex mechanical movement, customers required
complex frames can be processed out.
When our Estun servo system has been into the filed of CNC system, Siemens
system has been the most common partnering CNC unit. Below is the description
about the problems encountered during Estun servo system application matching with
Siemens system:

1 Siemens 802C system is the numerical system widely used in the machine tool
industry. This system is with analogue output, position control mode and PC
frequency division function. It s also the CNC system matching with our Estun
servo system in the application of milling machines. Our servo system selected by
many companies is M type with 110mm flange, 4Nm and 6Nm. Zero point shift is
the toughest problem our servo met during the early period of the matching
application with Siemens 802C, and this problem occurred in many of our
Nanjing local companies such as Maishun, Jusen, Ningqing, and Renhe
companies. This toughest problem couldn t even be solved at the workshop of
these companies during the applications.
