PERFORMANCE ANALYZER SYNOPSIS

Performance Analyzer is the web application which helps managers in an organization to evaluate the performance of their staff. Performance Evaluation increases the productivity of the organization. Used constructively, this program of performance evaluation can prove to be a valuable tool regarding individual career advancement, and result in increased productivity throughout all areas of this organization. This application is to provide staff, managers and administrators, a fast, interactive and effective way to conduct and administer appraisals. This can be done anytime and anywhere via Intranet or Internet. It helps to reduce manual task of individually appraising each staff, therefore allowing managers/staff to focus more on other core duties.
With PA your organization will become effective, more focused on achieving its goals, rewarding its employees and encouraging their progress and development. Evaluation summary is an overall rating and should include other employees comments also.

Performance Appraisal

Administrator:

This module maintains the information about the employees such as manager, employee. It deals with maintaining the official and personal details of the staff.

Manager
This category of the user performs major activities with this application. A manager performs the employee s performance evaluation in 3 levels. Each level has got different performance evaluation criteria. This performance appraisal process covers both the personal and professional aspects to evaluate the employee s performance. The comment made by the staff member of the employee helps a manager to know about the attitude of the employee towards organization and shows his level of interest towards the employee responsibilities.

Employee:

This module is used to view their performance summary. An employee can give comment about any other employee. They can view their overall score based on their performance. It helps the employee to set new objectives to improve his performance in all the aspect, which leads to the overall development as a employee and individuals.

Performance Appraisal:
Performance evaluation is done by the manager based on different aspect. It includes personal as well as professional factor. Following is the list of the factors which affects the performance of an employee:
Knowledge of work
Quantity of work
Quality of work
Interpersonal Relationship
Punctuality
Accomplishment of Objectives
Professional Contribution etc.
