I want to participate in these contests..because I like to write kavithai..please tell me how can I apply this contest.. give me a suggestion

Reliance Communications has launched a kavithai' Tamil poetry contest for its subscribers. National award winning film lyricist Pa. Vijay will select the winners after listening to recitations made by the participants through the Reliance's Mobile World service. The top two winners will get an all expenses paid trip to Singapore. Three others will get 29-inch colour TV sets. At the launch of the contest on Monday, Mr. Vijay said the theme of the contest would be confidence', the theme of his national award winning song from the movie Autograph. The lyricist said he was happy that the telecom service provider had made the initiative to promote Tamil poetry.
