In Short, It is the practice of Consciously and continually shaping the Organization. Who are Managers? Managers may not be who or what you might expect. They are under age 18 to over age 80. They run large corporations as well as entrepreneurial start ups. Someone who coordinates and oversees the work of other people in order to accomplish organizational goals. There are three type of Manager :- First- line manager Middle manager Top line manager What do managers Do ? All managers have no similar work profile.
