The reasons for success
Saturation approach : Every eligible candidate is extended the Fee Reimbursement and Scholarship ( No Quotas )
Breaking the Nexus : The acquisition of eZPay Cards and distribution is done by Social Welfare Department
Maintaining the ownership: The eZPay cards are owned by Government of Andhra Pradesh while possession and usage is with/by the Students
Totally online : The enrollment, verification, sanction, disbursal and feed back is totally online
Complimentary approach: Excellent co-ordination has been achieved between the Social Welfare department, Centre for Good Governance, Department of Treasuries and the Agency Banks. But functions independently.
