INTRODUCTION OF DOMAIN
Data mining: is a process of extracting information from data ware houses or repositories.
Machine learning: it is a branch of artificial intelligence that is concerned with the design and development of algorithms that evolve behaviors based on empirical data
EXISTING METHODOLOGY
Existing system uses hidden markov models and maximum entropy models,
to perform both the task of entity recognition and the relation discrimination.
LITERATURE SURVEY
The most related work is done by Rosario and Hearst in Semantic relations in bioscience text.
Task of relation extraction or identification Was previously tackled but with a focus on bio medical tasks in "learning to extract relations from Medline by M.Craven.
PROPOSED METHODOLOGY
The two tasks that are addressed in this paper are
1.first task identifies and extracts informative sentences on disease and treatment relation.
2.second task performs a finer grained classification of sentences according to relations that exist among them.
