monitoring bts parameters using gsm module

Hi,
I am working on a project in which Various parameters of bts are monitored and there status is given to the employees by calling them.

Here for each status there is a pre-recorded message or even text to speech convertor can be used.

I have a problem in coding of microcontroller to which gsm module is interfaced.

Can anybody please help me to write a code for making a call through gsm module.
