ABSTRACT

Its an approach paper of generic system that would suit the needs of cooperate.The cooperate head office has its branches in different places.
The computers at the branches are physically connected in the LAN to headoffice.
The Administration department has to manage assests,identify best vendor and obtain necessary permissions,procure and deliver the items.

DELIVERABLES
The employee in the Headoffice and Branches should be able to make requests at their machinery by logging into the necessary intranet site and then filling the form.
The necessary requests should be sent to the necessaru hierarchy level for approval.
The request with the necessary approvals should reach the administration department and concerned personal.
The person should have accessibility to the system by which he can verify the assets that are already made.
The personal should have accessibility to the system by which he can verify the best vendor from whom the purchase can be made.
The verified form should then travel the hierarchy for approval.
Once approved the consumables should be delivered.
