Fabrication of coin separator machine
#1

Coin sorter machine
A coin sorter for sorting coins of mixed diameters and mixed denominations is described here. It can be operated at extremely high speeds and with a high degree of accuracy.By the nature of previous problems, to have a coin sorter which could not only apply lubrication to the coin-guiding member, but vary the amount of lubrication and the frequency of lubrication by simple operator inputs.the moving components of the system must be decelerated at high rates to ensure that the trigger coin to achieve exact bag stopping or the expulsion of an invalid coin. an apparatus which continuously adjusts the braking mechanism at an optimum deceleration rate can extend the brake life. a bag switching mechanism which would only require the coin sorter to decelerate is advantageous. it would be useful to have a feature which allowed the operator to change the amount of angular displacement of the coin-driving member after the trigger coin is detected. This can alleviate the problems caused by the trigger coin not fully discharging from the sorting head due to deviations in the braking mechanism or drive motor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The machine includes a rotatable disc having a resilient top surface and a stationary sorting head having a lower surface positioned parallel to the upper surface of the disc and spaced slightly apart. operator interface panel and a controller for operating the coin sorter is also included. This interface panel allows the operator to adjust the amount of lubrication by modifying the frequency and lubrication pulsing duration at which the lubrication is discharged.the amount of disc rotation which occurs after a trigger coin is sensed on the disc can be adjusted so that the trigger coin is completely discharged from the disc. an internal brake adjust feature permits the coin driving member to stop accurately. Also included is a dual path bag clamping mechanism having a guiding mechanism that switches the flow of coins between the two bags. Here, a novel bag interlock mechanism ensures that a bag is properly secured before the coin sorter discharges coins into the bag clamping mechanism.
This mechanism is positioned far enough along the path of the coin beyond the periphery of the disc that the disc only needs to be decelerated to perform an exact bag stop.
