You cannot receive mail as such in asp.net.

asp.net front end will merely communicate with the back end mail server that is doing the send and receiving email.

What you will need to do is find a suitable mail server to use in your project, and code the asp.net frontend to match the api of the mail server.

another option is configure pop and smtp in your project for send and receiving email
