ppts on wireless intelligent billing trolley
#1

The basic idea of our work is based on the lines of the Futuristic Trolley for Futuristic Billing with the amalgam of RFID and ZIGBEE that is used in Shopping Centres and Shopping Centres. Bar codes have been in existence for many years and have been used by department stores and supermarkets to manage merchandise purchases by customers and track inventory. However, the barcode system is no longer the best way to operate the business. Customers are tired of waiting on the long and slow line of checking in departmental stores, especially, on holidays. With price reductions through the efficiency of technology and the large-scale production of wireless semiconductor components, there has been a search for new markets in which semiconductor chips can be used. This has led to the use of RFID also known as smart tags. RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. In a very interesting article, the San Jose Mercury News tells us about Charles Walton, the man behind Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. In this document we are using RFID technology to make a futuristic billing cart. A "BILLING TROLLEY" device also called a "Data Logger Device" is an information storage system. Here the system parameters of a Futuristic Trolley such as product name, quantity of products, etc. company name are continuously recorded. The system displays as well as announces the product name and cost.

This "FUTURISTIC BILLING TROLLEY" is also applicable to various applications and by using the appropriate interface the recorded data can be downloaded and stored on a computer. The cart which is wireless consists of the ZIGBEE module therefore free to move in wide area. The system is an efficient medium for a commercial purpose, as it is less slow and easy to control. A mall or malls a set of buildings with retail stores with interconnecting walkways that allows visitors to easily walk from floor to floor. There has been a rapid growth in the number of shopping centres in India since late 2000 to early 2005. Within 5 years The total number of shopping centres in Mumbai has a 31% share and then Delhi, which has a 21% with 360 shopping centres planned in India in 2007 and 600 shopping centres by the end of 2010. Growth was driven by higher incomes, greater availability of credit and entrepreneurial lifestyles. Shopping and shopping in large shopping centres is becoming the daily activity in metropolitan cities. We can see great rush in these malls on holidays and weekends. This crowd gets huge when there are special offers and discount. People buy different items and put them in a cart. After the total purchase one needs to go to the billing counter for the payments. In the billing counter, the cashier prepares the invoice using a bar code reader which is a time consuming process and results in a long queue in the billing counter. The last two years have witnessed an explosion of interest in radio frequency identification and support technologies, mainly due to its rapid expansion by tracking supermarket products through the supply chain. These applications nowadays monitor storage units (SKUs) rather than individual goods, since the relatively high cost of RFID deployment and the very low profit margin of supermarket products make the level labelling practical. element. However, aside from economic and technical concerns, it is easy to imagine a supermarket in which each item is tagged with an RFID tag and all shopping carts have RFID readers. The cars could include on-board computers that recognise the products placed inside and that display information and promotions retrieved wirelessly from the back-end system. Article-level deployment of RFID technology would also allow rapid check-in aisles that analyse all products at once and thus eliminate queues, which are reported as one of the most negative aspects of grocery shopping . A simple extension of this system would be to embed RFID devices into consumer fidelity or frequent buyer cards to identify people.
