The project SOMATHEERAM BEACH RESORT-ONLINE RESERVATION is aimed at developing a software which enables the administrator as well as the user to perform the resort room registration operations in an easy and user friendly manner. The different services required here are:
- registration of new users
-rooms reservation
-reserve for various packages
-previously registered reservations cancellation
-resort facilities overviewing
-viewing package details
full authority to do any operations is given to the administrator who may be also an employee of the resort.with an authorized unit, the users can also do all the above operations .
ASP. Net has been used as the programming language for implementing the project. A user is given a username and password which can be selected according to his choice. Then the authentication procedures on the client as well as administrator side are done. In the administration side all facilities secured from unauthorized users.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
The proposed computerization is developed using MS SQL Server as back end and the most powerful ASP.NET as front end. The whole details about the resort are showed to the user when he comes. data entries is taken throigh used input screens and are stored in back end tables. For further modifications, the users can log in to the resort website using the ID provided.
