4.1 INTRODUCTION
After system analysis, we proceed to the above which is system design; in this chapter the researcher must determine the method for designing the new system. When designing a new system the researcher should perform the following design phase in a way that correlate with his or her project topic
Designing the solution mechanism to tackle the problem at hand.
Designing of pragmatic way(s) to educate or aid a professional that what s to further this research.

4.2 SYSTEM DESIGN
This stage decides how a workable computer Forex system in the 21st century will meet the need in terms of information needed by the end user to follow up or a professional that has not upgraded him or her to the standard of the 21st century innovation(s) and development(s). When designing a new system, the following steps required are as follows:
Looking into the program specification.
Designing the program.
Coding the program.
Testing the program.
Packaging the program.

Overall Software Design
The software system is designed to be on a platform that support practical policy analysis decision tool. The Components used for the design of the proposed system are tools in the Visual basics 6.0 software which are:-
ContextMenuStrip: This tool in this project work was used to any user. This tool is visible when we right click to show options like About Us etc.
Button: This tool(s) in this new software or project to navigate from one form to other in a way of educating our various user(s) in what our software is into.
Label: This tool was always used to show the header of each form.
Tab Page(s): This tool in this software actually was like a container that accommodated the necessary information needed to educate the user as the name implies Tab Page .
Picture: This tool is used in visual basics.net as a container for images, pictures or icon etc.
Notify Icon: This tool is used to show the icon used in the program especially on the taskbar when the program is running.
