ABSTRACT:
In some dynamic conditions such as hospitals or medical care institution, it is of the essence to locate the major assets and personnel in real time and in accuracy. It is unknown were the next clean transfer pump or were the fittest doctor when he is needed as doctors may not carry their cell phone every time. The low visibility of these vital assets always leads to serious wastes in time and resources. In detail, an asset of personnel management system lack of high visibility will leads to loss in below aspects.
Towards the above demands existing in the medical care industry, the Super RFID released solution for medical care tracking based on active RFID technology. The core idea of it is advanced technology and reliable products established a visible plat form medical care service.
Based on the deep foundation of active RFID tech, provide total solution for medical care institution, at home and abroad assets management, patient management, employee management which are help to improve working efficiency reducing working cost and enhance the quality of medical care services.
In this project, the real time monitoring of asset management and personnel locating system is implemented which will help institutions to provide quality service and improve efficiency. The system uses super active RF id technology and networking to form the higly advanced management system.

RFID-based Hospital Real-time Patient Management System
An application is described in the area of RFID-based Real-time Hospital Patient Management System (HPMS).
nowadays, there is a greater demand for health care-related services and greater competition among health care providers.intelligent systems can play a significant role in providing intelligently processed and personalized information about patients to doctors,
nurses and health care administrators.

RFID Model for Healthcare Systems
Each RFID tag is identified by a Unique Identification Number (UIN) that can be programmed and password protected to ensure high security. RFID wristband can be issued to every patient at registration, can be used to identify patients
during hospitalization period, used to store patient data (such as name, patient ID, drug allergies, drugs that the patient is on today, blood group, and so on) in order to dynamically inform staff before critical. RFID encoded wristband data can be read through bed linens without disturbing the patients.
