This beyond level of customer satisfaction has leads to customer delight. It is very difficult to fulfill the customer expectations. Hence every organisation wants to delight the customer in order to retain them. Thus customer retention is directly influenced by customer satisfaction. This paperaims to explore level of satisfaction towards service features and quality of goods and services in the textile show room.
