DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED RECRUITMENT PROCESS SYSTEM FOR THE HR GROUP FOR A COMPANY
Functional components of the project:
The project must contain the following functional components:
The HR group is one who has the power to create vacancies, create applicants initiate interviews and close vacancy.The interview schedule will be intimated to the interviewers.
Note: The above functionalities are just model and one who needs to add further funtionalities can be added to it.
Hardware Requirement:-
256 MB RAM
Processor Pentium II and Above (or) Equivalent @ 500 MHz or above
HDD 50GB
Software Requirement:-
Windows XP OS
Visual Studio .Net 2005
Database SQL Server 2000
Languages Asp.Net, C#.Net
Requirements Specification (RS)
The system should have a login
-The system should have help screens
-The system should lock the login id if wrong password is entered 3 times in a row
-A user Screen to attach an employee to a department

These are the fields that may be considered while taking up the database structure:
Vacancy Id
Applicant Id
Applicant Name
Vacancy Title
Department Id
Email Id
Vacancies/Applicant/Interview etc status
