crew management system report homepage
#1

The Indian Railroad, the world's largest network (under a single management), consists of more than 100,000 train drivers / drivers / guards assistant, forming the basic operating team, responsible for train operations. So vigorous is the profile of the work can be observed from this Very fact that the Railroad recruits people as 'Crazy Helper Pilot'. They work on freight trains for as long as 10-12 years. During this tenure they are supposed to work with experienced train drivers and perform only the work that helps in the operation of a locomotive ie a train. Therefore, a Control Assistant learns the tactics and things that are not required for the operation of the train. Thereafter they are promoted as 'Loco Pilot Shunter', after appropriate courses and practical training, where they are supposed to drive locomotives in sheds / yards at speeds no greater than 15 km / h. After experiencing for at least two years, they are promoted as 'Loco Pilot / Goods', which are always monitored by their respective 'Loco Inspectors'.

A train has a typical Loco Assistant pilot and a crazy locomotive pilot. Attendants are normally common but loco pilots fall into different categories like drivers of goods (or mad pilots used to operate goods trains), passenger driver (driver used to operate driving passenger trains leading Slow) Passenger Trains) and Rajdhani Drivers (Used for very high-speed passenger trains). There is another category of crew called 'Shunters' that operate only in yards, to move trains within a particular yard of the station. Usually the Shunters work alone without an Assistant.

The train in the back has guards as its crew. They are classified as freight guards, passenger guards and express mail guards based on the type of train on which they are working.
