Respected Sir,
I am Mtech ,Computer Science Student.My thesis topic is to design a predictive algorithm for load balancing in distributed system.I was studied number of papers published in IEE.
The main problem in this tpopic comes is :-
1.How to estimate the load .
2.Load migration.
How to test my algorithm.What simulator is to use.
Kindly provide me necessary help.
