speech recognition using MATLAB+MFCC

Hello m doing speech recognition project.
i m using MFCC for speech feature extraction.
as my system is supposd to be speaker independent so how can i get rid of speaker features. system should apply acess in case password is given which is already in systems library. any speaker can has the acess by giving password
