CRM 2.0 in Banking

CRM 2.0 is gradually taking shape. CRM vendors are experimenting with ways of incorporating CRM 2.0 tools with traditional CRM software systems.

In this project, we will attempt to identify cases where a Bank can increase its sales effectiveness by integrating CRM 2.0 into its existing CRM application systems.

We will study CRM 2.0 Best Practices and analyze how these could be applied to Banking and then go on to specify how a Bank can go about adopting CRM 2.0.

We will pick up some specific examples, such as Account Opening for the above analysis.

The final output will be documentation of process model for the chosen process, before and after CRM 2.0 integration. We will also highlight how this could impact the Bank's business.

We will research and illustrate with actual examples of Banks having attempted something like this
