Static or stative verbs
The verbs of possession, state, feelings and sense of emotions, thinking, appearanceതുടങ്ങിവയെ  static or stative verbs എന്നു പറയുന്നു. Static verb സാധാരണയായി  Present Continuous Tense (ing form) ഉപയോഗിക്കാറില്ല.
eg. She is looking very beautiful today, ഈ 3 പ്രയോഗം തെറ്റാണ്. കാരണം 'look' എന്നു പറയുന്നത് ഒരു  static verb ആണ് . അതിനാൽ  present continuous tense ൽ look + 'ing ചേർത്ത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല Static verbs present continuous tense ൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനു പകരം അവയെ  simple present ൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. 
eg. She looks very beautiful today
മറ്റു  Static verbകൾ (continuous tense ഇല്ലാത്ത )
Agree, appear, believe, belong, consider, consist of contain, care, declare, desire, deserve, excuse, exclude, feel, forget, fear, forgive, hate, hope, hear, imagine, know, love, like, look, mind, mean, matter, own, owe, prefer, possess, pardon, resemble, remember, recognise, refuse, see, seem, smell, sound, suppose, suggest, signify, taste, think, trust, understand, want, wish, have (to possess) be forms (except when used in the passive)തുടങ്ങിയ  static verbs നെ ‘ing’ form ചേർത്ത് present continuous tense ൽ  ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല.

eg: I am thinking you are bold (wrong)
I think you are bold (right)  
She is having a mobile phone (wrong)
She has a mobile phone (right)


Exceptions : 
Eat, Bath, carrying തുടങ്ങിയ അർത്ഥത്തിൽ  have
+ ing form ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
eg. They are having lunch. (Good lunch കഴിക്കുകയാവുന്നു) 
*He is taking bath (അവൻ കുളിക്കുകയാവുന്നു)
*She is having a child എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവൾക്ക് ഒരു കുഞ്ഞുണ്ട് എന്നല്ല  മറിച്ച് She is carrying a child (അവൾ pregnant ആണ്).
*അവൾക്ക്ഒരു കുഞ്ഞുണ്ട് പറയണമെങ്കിൽShe has a child.
*I am hearing the news എന്നത് തെറ്റാണ് . (I hear the newsഎന്നതാണ് ശരി)
*എന്നാൽ The Tribunal is hearing the complaint tomorrow എന്ന് ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.


PRESENT PERFECT
ഘടന 
*Subject + has / have + PPV + Object (PPV = Past participle verb)
eg. Rani has broken her arm


Uses 
1. To express completed activities in the immediate past 
eg. I have just finished my work
2. To express past actions whose time is not given.
eg. I have seen him before
(മുൻപ് എപ്പോഴോ, എന്നാണെന്നറിയില്ല എന്നർത്ഥം )
* To express an action which happened before
the expected time in the past.( പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചതിലും  നേരത്തെ സംഭവിച്ച ഒരു കാര്യത്തെ)

സൂചിപ്പിക്കാൻ  Present Perfect Tense ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു).

The word  Already is used in this Sentence,
eg:She has already paid the Fee  
The train has already is used in this Sentence
