REAL TIME PERSONALIZED COMMERCIAL SERVICES USING DATA WAREHOUSING AND RFID TECHNOLOGY.
ABSTRACT: In this work, we present a system architecture based on a data warehouse coupled with Data Mining functionality, which, by mean of the RFID technology, is capable of sending personalized offers to customers in the area of interest in real-time. The offer personalization process is performed by mean of a clustering technique based on a fuzzy extension of the SQL language.
