A general management principle

background
Fourteen principles of management have been developed by Henri Fayol (1841-1925) and is regarded as one of the classical theory of organization, which generally applies to every type of organization.
The classical theory of the Organization was the traditional theory and the Foundation on which other school organization theory created. Therefore, many subsequent analyses suggest that understanding.
Under the influence of the industrial revolution in the 1700 's and is associated with the profession of mechanical and industrial engineering, the principles were developed in accordance with fundamental assumptions as follows:
1. Organization and individuals behave in accordance with sound economic principles.
2. a better way to organize the production through the systematic and scientific research.
3. the organization established to carry out production and economic objectives.

The main theme of the
Fayol suggested that the leadership of the joint activities of all human beings that are in the organization. Its principles are made up of elements as follows:
1. the Division of labour. Performance can be increased by profession, which makes more efficient employees.
2. the right or authority to issue orders to subordinates is respected. Where power exists, the liability arises.
3. Discipline. Staff members must comply with institutional rules. Good discipline should be the result of an agreement between the company and members of the justice and a clear understanding of both sides. Penalties can be applied to violations of the rules.
4. unity of command. Each employee should receive orders from a superior.
5. unity of direction. Arrangements that have the same goal, shall be carried out under the guidance of Manager by using one plan.
6. the subordination of individual interests to the public interest. The interests of one person (or group of employees) should not be preceded by the interests of the Organization as a whole.
7. remuneration. Employees must receive fair wages. Awards must be used as a tool for promotion.
8. the centralization of the degree to which subordinates are involved in decision-making. If the solution is centralized or decentralized is the ratio.
9. Scalar chain. Line power from top to bottom ranks of leadership.
Communication should go on this thread. To avoid delays, cross page link may be allowed if agreed by all the parties concerned.
10. order. Materials and people need to be in the right place at the right time.
11. Justice. Managers should be kind and fair to their subordinates

conclusion
In contrast to the principles of scientific management, 1911, by Frederick Winslow Taylor, one of the most prominent classical theorists in the parallel period, which emphasized on technology used by individual workers in order to improve the efficiency of production; Fayol emphasized all elements necessary for the Organization and management in large corporation as a whole.

Haldiram's Food International Limited today, is recognized as a Star Export House, by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, a department working under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.Haldiram's has its roots established in 1937 in the form of a small retail Sweet & Namkeen shop in Bikaner, Rajasthan, a small but significant town in the Thar Desert. Shri Shivkisan Agrawal, the founder of Haldiram's always cherished the dream of building an empire, manufacture traditional sweets/namkeens, leave a mark on every occasion and get close to the heart of the common man. This dream was realized with shifting of its base to Nagpur in 1970. For the first time people heard of a factory that was operating to manufacture Sweets & Namkeens. A model plant of its times was set up at:- Haldiram's House; 880, Small Factory Area, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. In a very shot span 'Haldiram' developed into a brand and became an inseparable part of every occasion. This was followed by a chain of retail outlets & showrooms. The product lines were expanded to match the taste of various segments of the society. Sweets and namkeens were presented in more durable and commercially viable packaging. This fetched a overwhelming response and in 1997, Haldiram's forayed into milk and milk product industry with products such as Khowa, Ghee & Butter Milk, the manufacture of Extruded foods such as vermicelli and 3-D Snacks.
