P,QRS and T waves detection in ECG

I have a signal with 80 leads and have to get the amplitude of T wave in MATLAB. Could someone please tell me the code for detecting the T wave of a signal in MATLAB and its amplitude. I am only a beginner in MATLAB and any help would be much appreciated please.

I have also attached a sample ECG file that I have along with this.

Hi all,
I am working on ECG clustering as part of feature extraction i need to find P wave, QRS complex, T wave ,, I need MATLAB code for extraction of these components. Looking forward for your help as soon.
