Vijaya Karnataka is a Kannada newspaper published from a number of cities in Karnataka and was the number one news paper in Kannada language. It is published from Bengaluru, Hubballi, Mangaluru, Shivamogga, Kalaburagi, Gangavathi, Belagavi, Davanagere, Hassan, Chitradurga etc. This was started by the VRL group, headed by Vijay Sankeshwar, entrepreneur and politician in October 2000. The newspaper along with sister publications (Vijay Times) was bought by Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., newspaper editors Head of India, The Times of India during 2006.

hello sir,
today some body told me, that for state govt. retired employees completing their services reaching at the age of 80 years, they will get benefit of 20% raise of pension. In this regard they have seen in your news paper of 31st december 2015.
so,please help me in this regard.
