Abstract of the project
From many directions there are requirements to computerize existing manual system in the training management that is reviewing, planning, scheduling, organizing and implementation of activities necessary for conducting various types of training.
The Training Process can be categorized into three phases :
1. Pre Training
2. During Training
3. Post Training
