TRAFFIC RULE FOLLOWING VEHICLE SYSTEM
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :

To design a fully equipped vehicle which does not allow the driver to violate traffic rules, i.e.
1. In regions which require a particular speed limit/go slow regions, vehicle automatically fixes its maximum speed.
2. In a 'horn free zone', horns do not work.
3. In a no parking zone, an alert system is activated which prevents the driver from leaving the vehicle.
4. Maintains a safe following distance.
5. Does not allow the driver to jump signals.
SOLUTION :
RF transmitters of a fixed frequency are employed in the required regions and a unique code for each function of the vehicle is transmitted continuously, covering the area of interest. When the vehicle enters the region, it identifies the code and performs the required action .The driver has no control over these functions. In functions which require a short range, IR transmitters are used. The required functions are performed based on the region. Speed limit is followed by suitable speed control technique.The above technique can also be extended to other traffic signs like no U,left and right turn.
IMPACT ON HUMANITY (OR COMMUNITY) :
People tend to violate traffic rules when they are in a hurry to reach their destination in the stipulated time. Other cases include violation by youngsters for the sake of thrill. This poses a huge risk on the lives of these people as well as other road users. This system ensures that vehicle drivers cannot violate traffic rules, even if they wish to do so. The vehicle heeds to the pleasure of the driver as long as he/she follows the rules. Approximately one-third of the fatalities in road accidents are caused due to over-speeding and significant death tolls are caused by signal jumping, negligence of speed breakers and not maintaining a safe following distance. Implementing this system in future vehicles would reduce the death toll drastically and save precious human lives.

so please suggest me something and how 2 see the steps for starting the project and to finish it off than..
