This is a special purpose system to manage the properties specially created for providing a common business hub, for number of business units, equipped with various infrastructural facilities on sharing basis. The system has a provision to record the agreements, generate the monthly invoices for the space occupied and the usage of the facilities. A special provision has been made to update the records related with purchase and maintenance of the amenities owned by the land lord. System can generate alerts for pending dues, renewals of the agreements etc.
The system covers the activities of such business infrastructures starting from the enquiries made by probable occupants, their agreements, acquisition of the place. The monthly invoicing for the purpose of rent and other charges due can be generated through the system. The system has the following modules to record various transactions and maintain an up to date record of all the infrastructural facilities and their usage.

This system accepts certain information and stores the same as Master information. The information related with the Visitors coming for making the enquiries regarding the availability of the space or the information of the customers who have already finalized the location(s) forms the base for working of the system. The agreements with the occupants, their respective renewals, record of the security deposits from each occupant, occupation report along with the amenities handed over will be recorded through this system.

The monthly generation of the Invoices or Debit Notes for the purpose of rental charges and other infrastructural facilities is provided in the system. The amounts received from the occupants against various heads, including penalties, if any will be recorded in the system and if required these transactions can be exported to the Financial Accounting System. Alternatively, the system can have it s own financial accounting system. The system has the provision to generate the outstanding dues reports for the follow up purpose.

During the occupancy period, the provision is available to record the additional amenities provided, facilities withdrawn, shifting of the amenities from one location to another. The system also provides module to update the vacancy of a location, when the occupant leaves the place rented out to him.

Along with the rented space, the system has the provision to update the records related with the amenities like generators, UPS, Telephone connections, Internet facilities, furniture, vehicles etc. The records regarding the purchase and the usage of these amenities can be updated in the system. The faults reported and repairs undertaken for these facilities are also maintained in the system. The Annual Maintenance records, the PUC, Insurance, tax records related with the vehicles are recorded through this system.
