paper presentation memory management in c language

i need to submit a paper presention on webservers topic.Based on the abstract of webservers in iee format we need to to convert this in to a c language program and then create a paper presentation on this.can any one please help me i need submit this on 28th of this month feb..so please post the answer soon..and help me please??
