Background
Creation of Self financing groups: The objective of the project is to allow a group of people to work together as a rural financing group to achieve financial stability for themselves and also to their respective villages.
The state and central governments in India are providing necessary financial aid at the early stages of this kind of rural financing groups. The financial aid will be used as capital towards establishing small scale industries. Government will give several subsidies while purchasing the raw material to the rural financing groups. The members of the self help groups will get interest free or minimal interest advances. The members will repay the amount to the society (self financing group) without fail, which reflects the financial discipline practiced by them.
The current application is aimed at automating various activities performed by the rural financing groups. This application automates the activities right from creation of groups to all phases in the rural financing.
