Respected Sir,

MY name is Vishal Makwana.
i am a student of computer Engg.
i want to make an image editor for Satellite Data, which take a satellite data in format of binary file and it will convert that satellite image data into a image or picture i.e .jpg or .BMP file format then after i want to apply image Enhancement algorithm to do a image processing on that satellite image.

So, for that i need a Functionalists , Requirement gathering and also DFD, class, and E-R Diagram for my project.
