CAN WE DO WITHOUT IT?
DO WE HAVE VIABLE ALTERNATIVES?

AS OF TODAY WE HAVE NO ANSWER
MAY BE FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS MORE!
SO WE ARE STUCK WITH IT !
