WELCOME TO THE CLASSROOM AND EVENT MANAGEMENT SCHEDULING WEBPAGE
The Event Management System (EMS) is used for the assignment of academic courses to classrooms and ensuring that the classrooms provide an appropriate learning environment. This system is also be used to document the use of space on campus for all events, whether academic, athletic, cultural or community oriented.

The goal of the EMS is to accurately maintain all STLCC buildings and rooms in one system to replace the room scheduling software in place at all locations.

This system will allow the campuses of St. Louis Community College to schedule their space more effectively and efficiently, by assuring consistent and accurate data and measures across the system. Through consistent data integrity, this project will define a more objective process that will allow each campus and the system to tell the full story of its space utilization and improve the quality of space management decisions.

--Problem Statement--
In an Event management system students have to manage Gathering event . There are different teams like decoration team, refreshment team, and finance team. Each team has 5 members & one team head. There is a General Secretary which is head of all team heads. Each team maintains a list of items & price of all items & calculates total expenditure. Finance team deducts the expenditure & displays available balance. Implement the system & display report of team members, team name, their expenditure & balance.
