Abstract
In many industries there is need of automation to reduce the manpower. But sometimes automation may result into some faults that may cause serious problems. When the bottles are placed inside the boxes automatically, there are chances of mistakes. To overcome such mistakes a mechanism is made to detect any error. A load cell is placed inside the conveyor so that it can compare the boxes weight with the reference. If the value does not match with the reference value the whole box will be rejected using gripper mechanism.
If the condition satisfies(wt.of box matches the standard assigned weight in PLC) the box is allowed to pass for dispatching or else PLC gives command to the pneumatic cylinder to move the box to the other conveyor, and hence the box is rejected
