Scenario
Ramineni Travels is a transport company that runs busses between standard routes like Vijayawada-Hyderabad, Mumbai-Hyderabad, Chennai-Hyderabad and Bangalore-Hyderabad having the latest VOLVO type of busses on its fleet.
As the Tourists and travellers prefer these busses very much, the company management thought of introducing seasonal tickets for these customers so that they can stick to their own company service.
It also provides a web-based reservation system for all of its bus routes at various points in Hyderabad and also gave a specific capacity of seats to be sold to various operators in city like Kukkatpally, Ameerpet, Dilsukhnagar, Koti.
Business rules
Every operator has a unique code and password to enter the system .
Ramineni Travels also interested to open Agency for their transport company at various locations . It is inviting agents to help customer/traveler to book the ticket and board the bus.
Agent ID is unique and Agency location also unique.
If a small scale travel company want to take agency of Ramineni travels , have to fill a registeration form , Ramineni administration verify the application form, if commission percentage expected by small scale travel company is satisfied and in that location there is no agency for Ramineni transport approve the agents.
Payments made to agents based on number of customer in a trip made by agents for Ramineni travels.10% of ticket charge is the commission to the agents.
Minimum of agency is period should be 6 month.
An agent should take agency for all the routes provided by Ramineni travels

If one operator had more business coming his way than others, he can request the system to provide additional seats for his locality.
Scope:
This case includes only the Bus Booking Agent services and the Agent payments are expected to be delivered.
Agent Application Form: an Agent can request for agency with Ramineni Travels administration. With commission% expected per tickets, location, address etc.
Agents approval form: an Admin of Ramineni travels can verify the form he can approve the agents.
Agent Payments: An admin can calculate payments to agents based on no.of.trips, tickets and commission.
Agent Details : An Agent can view his status, payments details.
