Integration of process of planning and execution from Customer to Supplier

In this project, we can integrate the process of planning & executing the customer order with delivery. During the process we must interlink all proceses like Inventory at different levels, production planning, purchase planning, Invoicing, Accounting, MIS(Management information system) generation for Delivery, Finance, Quality, Cost etc. Eg. If an order is booked at Branch level, It should check all Inventory levels in Branch, Regional Ware House, central ware house & Fg at plant level & based on availability should release production order at plant. At plant level also, purchase order for components/ RM etc. to be released based on inventroies in WIP(Work in process) & RM. During the process all data is generated in relation to Unique Order no. & MIS & accounting data is generated.After the completion of production, material is billed to customer meeting all order requirements & all data of Inventory, Finance is updated..similar project has implemented for purchasing Dell computer in online
