Software systems have now become ubiquitous such that the specifications, development, management, evolution and analysis of such software system have creped in all strata and circles of life and business transactions is no exception. Software Analysis and Engineering research have made tremendous strides over the past 15 years but there has been a relatively slow diffusion of this research into industrial practice. So the principle challenge, which we now face, is transfer of these advanced software design and analysis research into everyday use. I see this project as an attempt to contribute to this process.
The project Office Management System is mainly developed to follow the software engineering process and this topic mainly gives the detailed information on the various Aspects of the Activities involved in the Office which needs equipped performance in terms of support and maintenance .
After the advent of computers, its growth has not only been exponential but also phenomenal. In a comparatively brief period of time it has creped to all the corners of the world, to places most distant and most remote. Audio-visual media still is an important means of advertisement but the benefit of getting information at the click of a button and the personal feel one gets while browsing through the automated application is gradually polarizing a greater productivity at work.
Introduction:
This project provides necessary information on a click about the students and employees of an organization which needs performance in seconds through which it will navigate the entire details of the organization .Mainly emphasis is on the different Employee and Students and their detailed description about their salaries, marks, courses.
This project is quite flexible as it has the facility of guiding a person by providing the necessary information .Moreover it also provides an interface where the above information is added deleted and updated so that no vital data is lost. The project looks after all details includes students, employees and their salaries and regular updating. It helps an interface where any user can handle the application in an effective and efficient manner which means it helps the na ve user by providing extra help. It provides security feature so that no unauthorized access can be made.
Need of the project:
A project is always in need which demands as the services provided by it make our lives more efficient and saves lot of our precious time in the searching different services at other places. Thus with these new demands, it can play a vital and an instrumental role in making our services accessible to each and every corner of the world. Thus a software is most needed which can not only advertise about the product on the internet but can also smoothly manage all the services. The benefit which one gets in exposing oneself to the plethora of information at the click of a button and the personal feel one gets while browsing the application gradually polarizing a great performance on click. Thereby making the need of such a project more important than ever. This will also give emphasis and priority to the choice of the employee and student so that he may have more control over the services that are given in the other forms of data.
