Introduction
reaching out to the patient is one of the major challenges in the modern health industry. the doctor maybe miles away from the patient who needs the medical advice. The people in the far flung areas are deprived of even simplest medical care. Some cases of the patients in the poor village areas could be cured by the Preliminary diagnosis itself. certain body parameters, such as the heart rate, temperature etc are measured by the doctor to reach a conclusion about the condition of the patient. Thus, if these these physiological parameters are made available to the doctor, he can make the preliminary diagnosis. The idea of transmitting medical data for consulting another doctor isn t altogether new. This systems helps to transmit the basic physiological data of the patient to the doctor without without expert intervention. The methods must have certain characteristics such as :
-The methods used for acquisition of parameters should be non intrusive.
-The sensors used should be user friendly and interactive
-They should be rugged and able to function with minimum maintenance

The system implemented here transmits the data such as the Heart Rate, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Body Weight, Heart Sound etc and sends to the doctor.
