Hii! Now joining, glad to be here! I'm glad to be right here lastly, going to post given that I've been reading through a extended time.

I've been concerned on some other boards and have identified this site to be significantly more effective content, so it makes sense to finally contribute back!

BTW, what can I do to change the time zone for my account? It's kind of weird having the time like 5 hours off lol I just got a new phone, even a dietician requires so much to keep up to date!
