My name is Agnes Pierce.My son asked me to contact you in behalf of his sentencing.He was not granted time served for 4-12-07 to 7-28-08.He was only granted time for 12-12-07 to 7-28-07.He is missing 8 months of time served.Would you please look into this matter please.His name is Christopher Ryan Pierce #51107-056.He is at USP pollock,in Pollock LA.He was detained in state custody for the federal offence from 4-12-07 until 6-11-07.I am asking you to look into this matter because he is coming up for release.If he would have gotten his 8 months for time served he would be released already.The front page of his presentencing report clearly states that he was detained in state custody for the federal offence from 4-12-07 until 6-11-07.I trust and believe that he should recieve all the time served.Please help us.My number to be reached is 919-284-1131 anytime day or night.
