Creating an Identity
Start Outlook express
Go to Files --> Switch Identities..
Click on Manage Identities
Click on New
Enter your full name. Check Require password if you want Outlook to prompt for a password
every time you switch to this identity. Press OK to continue.
When Outlook express prompts you if you want to switch to the new identity, click yes and
outlook express will restart.
Follow the Internet Connection Wizard to setup your email account for this identity.
Switching an Identity
Start Outlook express
Go to Files --> Switch Identities..
Select the identity you would like to switch to in the list.
In the Password field, type the password for this identity.
Click the OK button.
Can t read Email messages Outlook Express
Resolution:
Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: Enter
Can't Open Attachments in Outlook Express
1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on Tools in the menu, and scroll down to Options.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Make sure Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that
could potentially be a virus is UNCHECKED.
5. Click on the Apply button. Click on OK.
