design and fabrication of air leak detector abstract and details
#1

Abstract

The differential pressure method is widely used nowadays for air leak detection[1]. In this method, a master tank, which is leak-tight, a tested tank are simultaneously charged to a certain pressure and then closed off each other. If there is air leak in the tested tank, the air leak can be detected from the different pressure occurs between the two tanks. Since both tanks temperature is inconsistent in detection process will lead to changes in pressure affect the detection precision. Although, if the tested tank is leak-tight. This problem has become the major concern in this research. This paper obtained by simulation of temperature, thermal conductivity, container volume and other parameters on the impact of differential effects of the actual amount of leakage detection provides a theoretical basis.

The field of mechanical engineering has a theme word called CHANGE as its backbone. The new
technological advancements and the needs of people have made us think about this project. Our project is maiden venture into the field of air temperature controlling and also deals with human comfort. Human comfort conditions deal with the conditions of environment around you, viz. HOT & COLD. The control of temperature of air around us is done by controlling the output water from the water cooler. Our project is a novel idea to control air temperature around us by the incorporation of cooling system in a single unit. This unit would be an economic
utility at all places to provide comfort conditions to the people.
