Robot for House hold Chores
[attachment=11]
AIM:
The main aim of this project is to design the robot for few house hold activities.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this project is to use the robot for few of our house hold activities like alarm, reminders, LPG detection and level indication, to lift weight.
DESCRIPTION:
A domestic robot is a robot used for household chores. Thus far, there are only a few limited models, though science fiction writers and other speculators have suggested that they could become more common in the future.
Many domestic robots are used for basic household chores, such as the Electrolux Trilobite, Roomba and the SLAM based Neato Robotics vacuum cleaner robot. While most domestic robots are simplistic, some are connected to WiFi home networks or smart environments and are autonomous to a high degree. There were an estimated 3,540,000 service robots in use in 2006, compared with an estimated 950,000 industrial robots.
It is difficult for us to cope up with all the house hold activities. So we are coming up with the solution such that a single robot can control some of our house hold chores like alarm, reminders, LPG level indication and leakage, to lift weight.
The present project is based on 89s51 microcontroller. Here sensors are attached to the robot to receive input from the transmitter of LPG. The signal is given to the robot to complete the desired task.
HARDWARE COMPONENTS:
Microcontroller
Power supply
Relay
LCD
Devices
SOFTWARE TOOLS:
Keil
Embedded C
Express PCB
ADVANTAGES:
Reduction of the energy consumption and of costs:
Use of hydrogen, oxyhydrogen or liquid nitrogen instead of the more costly lithium batteries, elimination of costly sensors.
Permit to save time:
The robot can do the household chores for you so you can save a lot of time and do things more entertaining.
