Based on our mission, our core functions are:
To conduct human resource development in the field of primary education.
To facilitate those who enrol as teacher trainees in the college develop the right attitudes towards the teaching profession.
To develop teachers who will offer the required leadership roles in primary schools in the country.
To carry out research in the field of primary education and disseminate the findings to stakeholders.
To raise funds through Income Generating Activities (IGA) to supplement college programmes.
To develop a Learning Resource Centre and an In-service and Training (INSET) for Primary Education
