The strong faculty division comprises largely of IITians and hence is in the best position to help the students jump over the hurdles offered by IIT-JEE. Besides constantly revising its study material data bank, CatalyseR also focuses on constantly elevating the standard of their faculty through effective Faculty Training Programs (FTPs) adding new and better faculty each year.
They truly believe that an individual who is more learned (based on his experience and age) transmits or passes his/her knowledge to the one who is at the stage of learning.
