APHMEL - Andhra Pradesh Heavy Machinery & Engineering Limited was established on 1st September 1976 as a susidiary unit of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (APIDC), a Govt. of A.P. undertaking.

In 1994, The Singareni Collieries Company Limited a government company took over APHMEL as its subsidiary company.

APHMEL is located at Kondapalli, which is a serene village on the banks of the river Krishna, a 25 km drive from the city of Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. Kondapalli is famous for its handicraft toy works.

ICFAI UNIVERSITY,DEHRADUN. According to our college academics i have to
