INTELLIGENT VEHICLE SUPERVISORY CUM ANNUNCIATION
#1

[attachment=14399]
INTRODUCTION
1.1 OBJECTIVE

The goal of the project is to supervisory the vehicle and it gives the annunciation. This device provides the safe journey for vehicle drivers by giving necessary Voice instructions. Whenever the vehicle driver forgets to taking the safety measurements during the journey, there will be a speaker which will give the voice announcement.
The purpose of this project is to avoid accidents by our side by knowing the status of the vehicle and maintain the conditioning of the vehicle.
1.2 CONCEPTUAL SURVEY
The concepts required for the project have been browsed from the internet from the sites national.com, atmel.com, microsoftsearch.com, geocities.com and also referred from the book Advanced micro processors and peripheral by AK Ray
The scope of this project is to provide security to the driver and the vehicle by using different kind of sensors and also to provide happy and safe journey.
1.3 METHADOLOGY
This method was divided in to three levels; first level in this level we use sensors which senses according to its application and gives output which an input to the micro controller is and this micro controller functions according to the output of these sensors. And also we use voice IC and some other simple components which functions according to our application.

The second level is programming of the micro controller, here we use AT89S51 controller which is a 40 pin Ic and the programming is done using the keli software where programming is done in embedded c.using a hardware superpro (universal programmer).
The third level is interfacing all these components and sensors and voice ic to the microcontroller to a pins which is specified in the programming.
1.4 ORGANISATION OF THESIS
Our project has six chapters that include the following content:
CHAPTER 1:
First chapter deals with the objective of the project, methodology, conceptual survey of the project and the organization of the thesis.
CHAPTER 2:
Second chapter deals with the introduction of the project, and the block diagram and Block diagram description, schematics and schematics explanation along with its explanation are given.
CHAPTER 3:
The hardware components used in this project are described.
CHAPTER 4:
The software platform and the language used for this project are described.
CHAPTER 5:
Conclusion and the future scope of the project are explained.
CHAPTER 6:
Source code
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
2.1 Introduction

The project deals with providing safe journey for vehicle drivers by giving necessary voice instructions. Whenever the vehicle driver forgets to taking the safety measurements during the journey, there will be a speaker which will give the announcement whose indication depends on the input given by the different sensors (which are placed at predefined locations in the vehicle) to controller.
The APR9600 device offers true single-chip voice recording, non-volatile storage, and playback capability for 40 to 60 seconds. The device supports both random and sequential access of multiple messages. Sample rates are user- selectable, allowing designers to customize their design for unique quality and storage time needs. Integrated output amplifier, microphone amplifier, and AGC circuits greatly simplify system design. the device is ideal for use in portable voice recorders, toys, and many other consumer and industrial applications.
