A general management principle

Fourteen principles of management have been developed by Henri Fayol (1841-1925) and is regarded as one of the classical theory of organization, which generally applies to every type of organization.
The classical theory of the Organization was the traditional theory and the Foundation on which other school organization theory created. Therefore, many subsequent analyses suggest that understanding.
Under the influence of the industrial revolution in the 1700 's and is associated with the profession of mechanical and industrial engineering, the principles were developed in accordance with fundamental assumptions as follows:
1. Organization and individuals behave in accordance with sound economic principles.
2. a better way to organize the production through the systematic and scientific research.
3. the organization established to carry out production and economic objectives.

The main theme of the
Fayol suggested that the leadership of the joint activities of all human beings that are in the organization. Its principles are made up of elements as follows:
1. the Division of labour. Performance can be increased by profession, which makes more efficient employees.
2. the right or authority to issue orders to subordinates is respected. Where power exists, the liability arises.
3. Discipline. Staff members must comply with institutional rules. Good discipline should be the result of an agreement between the company and members of the justice and a clear understanding of both sides. Penalties can be applied to violations of the rules.
4. unity of command. Each employee should receive orders from a superior.
5. unity of direction. Arrangements that have the same goal, shall be carried out under the guidance of Manager by using one plan.
6. the subordination of individual interests to the public interest. The interests of one person (or group of employees) should not be preceded by the interests of the Organization as a whole.
7. remuneration. Employees must receive fair wages. Awards must be used as a tool for promotion.
8. the centralization of the degree to which subordinates are involved in decision-making. If the solution is centralized or decentralized is the ratio.
9. Scalar chain. Line power from top to bottom ranks of leadership.

conclusion
In contrast to the principles of scientific management, 1911, by Frederick Winslow Taylor, one of the most prominent classical theorists in the parallel period, which emphasized on technology used by individual workers in order to improve the efficiency of production; Fayol emphasized all elements necessary for the Organization and management in large corporation as a whole.
