Care workforce and their families
In the same year, Magsaysay said an important measure of our success is our ability to help our sailors and their families realize their aspirations in life. The Magsaysay family Center founded in 1979, will have the exclusive right to service personnel, to establish a page link between the company and the family, and to provide a system of family support services and programmes.

Magsaysay benefits program
Magsaysay savings culture encourages our employees to save at least ten (10) percent of their income in the hope that, at the time of the ship's crew busy, they will be able to save for their children's higher education, invest in a personal matter, there is money for retirement and there is equity in their own home.

Magsaysay SIM
