This system mainly involves three modules, which are the master module, transaction modules and the search and query module. In the Master module, the details are stored as property register, floor plan, property images, customer record and supplier record. Transaction modules are used to store details such as matching the property requested by the customer and maintain the property, customer and vendor history and to send matching e-mail.
Search and query module allows the user to search from the stored database. Only certain actions are given to the user who is accessing the system based on user types, for example, the user is given only the read operation only can not modify anything. While the supervisor is given only certain actions like updating, editing etc. and the supervisor is given all the rights to modify anything.
